Delivery & Returns Policy
This Delivery & Returns Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms governing shipment, delivery, returns, and refunds for transactions made through papier trading (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, buyers and suppliers agree to the provisions of this Policy.
1. Role of papier trading
1.1 papier trading is an international e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers with multiple suppliers worldwide.
1.2 We are responsible for:
- Coordinating with approved cargo companies;
- Ensuring accurate shipment handling and tracking;
- Protecting buyers from fraud and guaranteeing that purchased goods are delivered.
1.3 papier trading does not own the products but guarantees secure ordering, shipping, and delivery through our integrated system.
2. Order & Shipping Process
2.1 Order Placement
- Buyers place orders directly on papier trading.
- Suppliers receive order notifications via their portal and email.
2.2 Cargo Company Selection
- At checkout, the buyer selects one of the approved cargo companies (e.g., Aramex, DHL).
- Once payment is confirmed, the selected cargo company is notified automatically through our system integration.
2.3 Shipment & Tracking
- The cargo company collects the item directly from the supplier.
- Upon collection, the cargo company generates a tracking number.
- The tracking number is made available on both papier trading and the cargo company’s own website for real-time tracking.
2.4 papier trading Guarantee
- We guarantee that products will be shipped by an approved cargo company at the best available rates.
- We take responsibility for communication and coordination between suppliers, buyers, and shipping providers to ensure successful delivery.
3. Delivery
3.1 Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen cargo provider, supplier location, and buyer destination.
3.2 Delays due to customs, local regulations, or force majeure are beyond our direct control.
3.3 Risk of damage or loss during transit lies with the cargo company; however, papier trading will assist buyers in resolving claims.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Eligibility
A buyer may request a return or refund if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The seller has provided a valid return window (minimum 7 days from delivery if unspecified).
Non-returnable items may include perishable goods, custom-made products, digital downloads, or items marked “Final Sale.”
4.2 Process
- Buyers must submit a return request through papier trading within the applicable return period.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided.
- Unless the return is due to seller error, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is confirmed by the supplier.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method, subject to provider timelines.
- If a supplier fails to process a valid refund, papier trading may intervene to protect the buyer.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Buyers should first attempt to resolve disputes via the Platform.
5.2 If no resolution is reached, papier trading may act as a neutral mediator.
5.3 Our mediation ensures fairness but does not create financial liability for papier trading beyond the guarantee stated in Section 2.4.
6. Approved Cargo Companies
6.1 papier trading works exclusively with pre-approved international cargo companies (including Aramex, DHL, and others).
6.2 Where cargo company policies conflict with this Policy, the stricter rule shall apply.
6.3 Suppliers must ship only via these approved providers.
7. Amendments
This Policy may be updated or amended at any time. The latest version will always be published on papier trading and will take immediate effect upon posting.
